when cancelling an appointment we require 4 hours notice otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
Children under the age of 14 years will not be allowed within the pool area or must be supervised by an independent adult.
please ask prior to taking videos and photo's.
We will work to get your horse into the water but please be aware of the risk of swimming horses.. not all horses can swim and you must understand if a horse is unwilling to go in it can be because they just cant or wont swim. we do not force horses into the water. the experience needs to be positive and fun for both horse and owner.
